Ancient Toltec Healing

In Ancient Mexico, Toltecs and Mexicas (Aztecs) believed Centeotl, the unique God, was the the one that gave life, measure and movement to all things. To realize your full potential on Earth you must understand the measure and movement of the Cosmos. By harmonizing yourself with these cycles through specific breathings, you come in the great “wave” of Cosmic support to “make real” your dreams.

We humans are interconnected and in relationship with the cycles of Earth and Cosmos, and the Toltec-Mexica Tradition knows a clear mathematic of these cycles. You can learn to harmonize your energy body with the Cosmos through specific exercises and breaths.

In this workshop I will be teaching a few sacred breathing exercises and theory of the Toltec calendar and its cycles as I have learned it from Sergio Magana.  You will come to understand more about the rythms of the universe and how to put yourself and that which you would like to heal and create into this sacred rythm.

You will also learn about the prison of duality and how to break free from this prison of patterns in which we humans repeatedly keep our mind stuck in the world of the tonal, (the awake), and the world of the nahual (the dreamer). In this workshop we will mostly be focusing on the tonal.

The Goddess in Every Woman

On the 25th of May at 19.00 I will be giving a lecture in Eidsfoss Galleri Fryd about the Goddess in Every Woman. I have been inspired by Jean Shinoda Bolen,  Caroline Myss and Barbara Hand Clow.  It will be about the Greek Goddess Archetypes.

We are going through the fourth dimension, the realm  where the human collective mind, the amalgam of individual thoughts and feelings that meld and weave into archetypal patterns. This dimension holds the memory of the experiences of all people throughout time.

As we look into the world of myths and archetypes we get a more clear pattern as to what these feelings and thoughts are. The Greek Goddesses are said to intervene in human affairs. And all women will recognize themselves in these different Goddesses, perhaps more in one than in the other, and will learn to understand more about themselves and about other women, and also about themselves in different periodes of their lives. (And men will understand better where the woman is coming from!) By getting an understanding of these different archetypal patterns, we are not as vulnerable to their intervention, we will have more awareness in how we think and feel!
